Project Curie


Project Curie is an unannounced project from Star Stable Entertainment. Apart from it being a magical online RPG, there is very little I can tell about the project that isnĀ“t under NDA. 

My part in it, however, was as a narrative design intern that helped out with narrative design, writing, research, content design, and game design. Among other things, I designed characters, quests, flora, and fauna, wrote short stories, and did extensive research as well as documented it.

I spent six months with Star Stable in Project Curie and loved my work as well as the team.

Tarantella


Tarantella is a strategy game inspired by Tarantino's movies Pulp fiction and Django, Unchained. It has strong narrative elements and gameplay that reflect it. 


I was the narrative designer and game writer for this project as well, and wrote not only the manuscript for the game but also world and character lore. The game lets the player take part in the narrative via illustrated dialogue boxes. 


  • When working on Tarantella, I got to write a manuscript that is very different from what I have done in the past. With a strong, sassy main character that has a very foul mouth, I had to step out of my comfort zone and learned a lot from it.

Seventh Circle


Seventh Circle is a psychological thriller game, where you play as a homicide detective, trying to solve the mystery of your memory loss and spiraling madness. In the process, you discover more dark secrets about the main character and his quest of finding his missing wife. 


I was the narrative designer and game writer in this project, and wrote the story and manuscript. This also included the backstory of the game, as well as the lore of the world the game takes place in. The game tells the story trough ripped pages from the main character's diary.


  • During this project I learnt a lot about how to balance a team with different wills and wishes regarding the story, and how to represent them without ending up with a cluttered and chaotic storyline.

Final project: Carus


This is my final project for my education at Future Games. It is made by me only, and I have done everything included in the folder below with either google docs, procreate, or Inkarus map maker. It is an extensive world design, made to fit a number of different stories set in a fantasy theme.

    Cooking to save the world


    This is a little text-based Twine game about you, with the help of a time-traveling scientist, who specialized in 21st-century studies, having to cook the best dinner of your life to impress your date and save the world. 

    I wrote the intro, and the first sequence of the game, and assisted in writing the main gameplay.
